　　为加强我校各学科之间的学术交流，搭建教师学术交流平台，促进教师学术水平提升和跨学科合作，教师发展中心开展跨学科学术沙龙活动。本次活动教师发展中心特别邀请了美国国家城市联盟执行副主席Antoinette Samuel女士，与我校师生共同探讨的城市经济共享这一新的研究领域。具体安排如下，欢迎感兴趣的教师和博士生参加。

　　As an introduction to this topic, and as factors that have a global impact, the following dynamics under gird this research presentation: Urbanization，Economics: Cost of living in cities is high，User Preference/Lifestyle: Technological advances and People moving away from cars.

　　Within this context, the National League of Cities has released three reports which address the “sharing economy”, and its impact on cities. Our studies focus on homesharing and ridesharing, mostly because those are the issues that cities in the United States are most concerned with right now.

　　Frst study：A sentiment analysis of ride-hailing and homesharing.

　　Second study：Conducted in cooperation with the Fels Center at University of Pennsylvania, in the US. 

　　Therefore, in addition to an overview of our findings, the presentation will review some of the prominent themes that emerged across our research.

　　八、主讲人简介

　　Antoinette Samuel现任美国国家城市联盟执行副主席，曾于2004-2013年担任全球公共管理领域顶尖学术机构、美国政府“智囊团”机构美国行政管理学会（ASPA）执行主席，并担任2005-2013年公共管理国际会议（ICPA）执行主席。2000-2004年任美国国际员工协助协会（EAPA）首席执行官。美国城市联盟（National League of Cities, 简称 NLC）是美国最资深以及最具规模的公共服务部门，其宗旨是加强和推动城市作为机遇、领导力以及治理核心的功能，致力于加强和促进城市为中心的发展，城市政府的领导水平和执政能力，代表着地区各个市政府的公共利益。NLC涵盖范围包括其1800个直接城市会员和49个州的城市联盟。同时，在面对美国的城镇问题和挑战时，NLC也是一个举足轻重的研究部门和资源整合机构，为政府提供重要的政策建议。
