六、 内容简介：
题目一：Introduction of GRSM:High-Impact Remote Sensing Journal Publishing & Contribution
This lecture unpacks core insights of Geoscience andRemote Sensing Magazine （GRSM）, the top remote sensing journal withan impact factor of 16.4. It covers the journal’s publishing rules, uniquewhite paper submission process, hot Special Issue topics, column setup,practical contribution methods, and its future development plans, deliveringvaluable publishing guidance for the remote sensing community.
题目二：Leveraging Peer Review to Becomea Better Author
Publicationsprovide a global platform for communicating research outcomes, and peer reviewis one of the key elements ensuring the quality of published work. This talkwill provide an overview of the responsibilities of reviewers. Expectations fora good reviewer will be explained, including how to understand and respectdifferent perspectives and provide constructive reviews as we would hope toreceive as authors. Practical tips on how to use the peer-review process toimprove authorship will also be shared and discussed.
七、主讲人简介：
William (Bill) Emery has been teaching at the University of Colorado since 1987 and is an IEEE Fellow, a Fellow of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), a Fellow of the American Meteorological Society, and a member of the American Astronautical Society. He has been invited to teach courses and lectures at a number of research institutions around the world, and has received the University of Colorado School of Engineering Distinguished Research Award, the IEEE Earth Science and Remote Sensing Society Education Award, and the AGU Best Evaluator Award.（题目一）
Xiuping Jia received a B.Eng. degree fromthe Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, inJanuary 1982. Later she received a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, and aGraduate Certificate in Higher Education, from The University of New SouthWales, Australia, in 1996 and 2005, respectively. Dr Jia has authored orco-authored more than 300 papers on various topics including remote sensingdata correction, hyperspectral feature reduction and image classification usingmachine learning techniques. She has co-authored the remote sensing textbooktitled Remote Sensing Digital Image Analysis [Springer-Verlag, 3rd (1999) and4th eds. (2006)]. Dr. Jia is the author of Field Guide to Hyperspectral /Multispectral Image Processing, SPIE, 2022. She is the Editor-in-Chief of theIEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing.（题目二）
