六、内容简介：
This study analyzes global airport connectivity evolution (1996–2024) using the GACI index, documenting growth, crises, and a multipolar hub hierarchy. A three-component resilience index (depth, speed, adaptability) with empirical-Bayes regularization reveals a consistent inverse-U pattern: resilience rises with connectivity to a mid-range level, then declines for top hubs due to synchronized shocks and scale frictions. The framework enables hub comparison, vulnerability benchmarking, and policy stress-testing under pandemics, geopolitical disruptions, and other systemic shocks.
七、主讲人简介：
Anming Zhang，加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学尚德商学院运营与物流学教授。获不列颠哥伦比亚大学政策与管理科学博士学位，担任温哥华国际机场管理局航空运输讲席教授，世界航空运输研究学会（ATRS）主席，并于2020年出任美国经济学会运输与公共事业集团（TPUG）主席。主要研究领域涵盖产业组织、运输经济与政策及航空物流，曾荣获1995年悉尼第七届世界运输研究大会（WCTR）“横滨青年学者特别奖”、第八届安特卫普WCTR大会“最佳论文奖——WCTR学会奖”，以及2014年图卢兹国际交通经济学协会（ITEA）年会“最佳论文奖”。现任Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice联合主编，并担任《运输经济与管理》创刊联合主编。
