　　内容简介：

　　Large area single crystal metal foils (Cu, Ni, Co, Pd, Pt) made by achieving ‘collossal grain growth’ (submitted) and their use for;

　　Growing “truly single layer graphene” with no adlayer (no regions having 2 layers, 3 layers, etc.) at all (submitted), and in obtaining;

　　Large area AB-stacked bilayer graphene (submitted), that in turn has been used to make;

　　Diamane (“F-diamane”, through fluorination; submitted).

　　主讲人简介：

　　Rodney S. Ruoff（罗儒德），现任韩国蔚山国立科学技术大学特聘教授、多维碳材料研究中心主任。共计发表化学、物理、材料学、力学和生物医学等领域的期刊论文490余篇，是美国材料研究学会（MRS）、美国物理学会（APS）、美国科学促进会（AAAS）和英国皇家化学会（RSC）会士（Fellow），2014年度美国材料研究学会Turnbull奖、2016年度美国碳学会SGL Skakel奖和2018年美国物理学会James C. McGroddy新材料奖得主。其谷歌学术索引h指数为147，i-10指数为443，超过千次被引的论文计30篇，其中7篇被引超过5000次，是科睿唯安（原汤森路透科技部）公布的化学、物理和材料学三个学科的高被引学者。此外Ruoff教授尚有约50项授权专利，对技术转型亦充满兴趣。
