　　九、主讲人简介：

　　吴振宇副教授2007年在University of Calgary获得金融学博士学位，其后分别在University of Saskatchewan、University of Manitoba任副教授（终身教职），在Journal of Business Ethics、Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice、Journal of Business Venturing、Journal of Small Business Management、European Journal of Finance、Journal of Business Research、International Small Business Journal、Corporate Governance: An International Review、International Review of Financial Analysis、Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting、International Journal of Managerial Finance、European Journal of Operational Research、Entrepreneurship Research Journal等国际知名期刊发表学术论文40余篇。
