第五届中国国际通信大会（IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China ICCC 2016，网址: http://iccc2016.ieee-iccc.org）将于2016年7月27日至29日在成都望江宾馆举行。该会议由IEEE通信协会（IEEE ComSoc）和中国通信学会（CIC）联合主办，是国内通信领域举办的高水平旗舰国际学术会议。ICCC 2016由电子科技大学承办。
本次大会将邀请国内外顶级专家举行4场主题报告（Keynotes）、15场特邀报告、8场专题讲座（Tutorials），安排了通信与信息领域共9个专题讨论会（Symposia）、5个专题研讨会（Workshops），另有3场工业界与学术界联合座谈会（Industry& Academic Panels）。届时预计有十余位IEEE Fellow参会。

Camera-Ready: 10 June, 2016
The fifth IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC2016) will be held in the magnificent city of Chengdu, China, 27-29 July, 2016. This conference will feature world-class plenary speakers, major technical symposia, industry and academic panels and workshops. The technical program chairs invite the submission of original papers to following symposia for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Accepted papers will be indexed in EI Compendex. Selected papers will be published on the SCI indexed journal of China Communications.
ICCC2016 will bring together contributions which include but are not limited to the following areas:
CCT: Communication and Control Theory
OCSN: Optical Communication Systems and Networks
PSC: Privacy and Security in Communications
SNBD: Social Networks and Big Data
SPC: Signal Processing for Communications
STC: Selected Topics in Communications
WCS: Wireless Communications Systems
WNM: Wireless Networking and Multimedia
NGN: Next Generation Networking
Submission Guidelines：
The submitted papers should be original, not published or currently under review for publications in any other journal or conference. All submissions must be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format and must be written in English and be at most six (6) printed pages in length, including figures.
